Rigid PVC cut to size
Rigid PVC is a stiff, non-foamed polyvinyl chloride plastic with high mechanical and chemical strength. Compared to foamed PVC it is much heavier and stiffer, which is why it is used in industrial installations and load-bearing structures where a lightweight foamed plastic would not be sufficient. The material is also more chemically resistant than many other plastics, making it a popular choice in the chemical and water-and-sewage industries.

Rigid PVC features good resistance to acids, alkalis and most solvents, and is also a self-extinguishing material. Available in grey (the most popular, for industrial use) and in tinted and transparent variants for applications where aesthetics or visual flow control also matter.
Processing and cutting to size
We cut rigid PVC to size mechanically or on routing plotters, depending on the thickness and the required precision. The material drills, mills, taps and heat-welds well, which is used in building tanks, ventilation ducts and industrial housings. Panel cutting to size.
How to choose rigid PVC thickness
For covers and light housings 2–5 mm is enough. Structural elements, tanks and industrial installations usually require 8–20 mm, and with heavy loads or an aggressive chemical environment — even more. It is worth consulting the choice of thickness taking into account the type and concentration of the medium the material is to be in contact with. Rigid PVC colour options.
At PLEXIPOL you can buy rigid PVC cut to size, cut and prepared for installation or further industrial processing. We have been operating since 1995, serving B2B customers and individual orders.
