Processing services
Laser cutting
Precise contour cutting of acrylic, polycarbonate and PVC — the laser polishes the cut edge at the same time.
CNC milling
2D/3D machining — Dibond, thick sheets and materials the laser can’t cut.
Cutting to size (panel sizing)
Sheets cut to rectangular panels on a panel saw — from 1 piece to large batches.
Hot bending
Linear bending of acrylic and PET-G on a strip heater — angled bends and curves without gluing.
Thermoforming
3D forming on a mould — domes, tubs, 3D housings made of acrylic and PET-G.
Edge polishing
Diamond and flame polishing — a smooth, transparent acrylic edge.
Structural gluing
Permanent joining of PMMA parts — clear seams, solvent and UV adhesives.
Drilling & machining
Mounting holes, threading and chamfering of acrylic without cracks or stress.
UV printing
Full-colour print directly on the panel — acrylic, Dibond, PVC, with white underbase.
Laser engraving
Permanent engraving of text, logos and scales — striking under edge-lit LED illumination.
Your material or ours
We work on sheets from our own stock (PMMA acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, Dibond, PET-G and other technical plastics) or material supplied by the customer. Services are combined in one production cycle — e.g. cutting + polishing + engraving in a single visit, without passing the order between subcontractors.
