Prototypes and short runs from acrylic, PETG and polycarbonate
Prototypes and short runs from acrylic and plastics in Warsaw — PLEXIPOL produces single pieces, prototypes and pilot batches from acrylic (PMMA), PETG, polycarbonate, PVC and Dibond. No logistical minimum typical of large plants: we start from 1 piece, and after prototype approval we repeat the batch with the same dimensions. Serving companies, agencies and designers since 1995.
When it makes sense to order a prototype instead of a full run
A prototype lets you test a design in the actual material before committing to a production run: part fit, rigidity at a given thickness, edge appearance and colour. This matters especially for POS displays, technical parts and glued structures, where a drawing doesn’t always reflect how the material will behave. Once the prototype is approved, the same production file is used for the run — parts stay consistent between pieces.
What we produce in short runs
- POS displays and stands — a prototype for network/client approval, then a batch for the campaign.
- Technical parts and guards — parts made of acrylic, PETG and polycarbonate to drawing.
- Visual identity elements — logos, nameplates, internal signage.
- Display cases, stands, organisers — glued and bent forms per project.
- Parts for interior and exhibition projects — collaboration with architects and set designers.
How we work on a prototype
- Design or concept — we accept vector files (DXF, AI, CDR), technical drawings, and for simple shapes even a sketch with dimensions.
- Material advice — we choose the plastic and thickness for the function: transparency, rigidity, impact resistance, outdoor use.
- Prototype production — we combine laser cutting, CNC milling, hot bending, gluing and polishing in one workshop.
- Revisions and the run — once you approve it, we launch the batch from the same production file.
Who we work with
- Advertising agencies and branding studios — executing client projects under the agency’s brand.
- Marketing and trade marketing teams — POS materials from prototype to full run.
- Design and manufacturing companies — spare parts and plastic components to drawing.
- Architects, designers, set designers — one-off custom forms.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make single pieces?
Yes — we take orders from 1 piece. That’s our standard way of working, not an exception.
I don’t have a production file — is that a problem?
No. For simple shapes a dimensioned sketch or description is enough — we’ll help translate it into a shape and prepare a production file.
Will the run be identical to the prototype?
The run is produced from the same production file as the approved prototype, so dimensions and shape stay consistent between pieces.
