PLEXIPOL has cut acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate, PVC, Dibond and other plastics to size in Warsaw since 1995. CO₂ laser, CNC and circular saw cutting — edge ready for installation, protective film removed just before fitting.

Note: we don’t laser-cut polycarbonate — the material yellows and releases fumes. For polycarbonate we use a circular saw or CNC.
Materials — what we cut to size
- Acrylic (PMMA) — 2–30 mm thickness; clear, coloured, mirrored, fluorescent, milky opal
- Solid polycarbonate (PC) — 1–20 mm thickness; clear, bronze, opal; saw/CNC cutting
- Multiwall polycarbonate — 4–40 mm thickness; roofing, greenhouses
- Foamed PVC (Forex, KömaTex) — 1–19 mm thickness; 17 solid colours
- Rigid PVC — 1–30 mm thickness; grey, white, black
- Dibond / Alucobond — 2–6 mm thickness; CNC or saw cutting
- PETG — 0.5–20 mm thickness; clear, opal, smoked
- ABS / HIPS — 1–20 mm thickness; white, black
How to order cutting
- Prepare a file — vector DXF, DWG, AI or PDF with curves. You can also give dimensions in your message (rectangles, circles).
- Send an enquiry — via the contact form or email [email protected]. Include: material, thickness, dimensions, quantity.
- Get a quote — we reply within Szybka realizacja on business days.
- Production and pickup — collect in person in Warsaw (ul. Puławska 48, Mokotów, Wilanowska metro) or courier delivery.
Minimum order and lead time
- Minimum: none — we cut from 1 panel
- Lead time: usually 2–5 working days from approval; contact us for urgent orders
- Shipping: nationwide by DPD courier; for large sheets — our own transport within Warsaw
Frequently asked questions
Can I order just one piece?
Yes. There’s no minimum order threshold — we cut from a single panel. For small orders we only charge material and cutting cost.
Can I order cutting with my own material?
Yes, cutting is also available on customer-supplied material. Please arrange delivery of the sheet in advance.
How accurate is laser cutting?
±0.1 mm for CO₂ laser cutting. For larger tolerances (cladding, roofing) circular saw cutting (±0.5 mm) is sufficient.
Does a laser-cut edge need polishing?
A laser-cut edge is glossy and needs no additional grinding or polishing. With saw or CNC cutting the edge is smooth but matte — we can polish it on request.
